Pinnacle Offers “Two-In-One” Condominiums at The Siena at Montclair

MONTCLAIR, NJ, July 5, 2006 — Pinnacle Downtown has announced that for a limited time, condominium buyers can request that two units be combined into one larger unit at its new luxury development, The Siena at Montclair.

The larger homes will provide more space than is customarily found in a condominium and will appeal to families as well as empty nesters and retirees who want the space of a suburban home combined with the convenience of condominium living.

The Siena at Montclair is a mixed-use, smart-growth development, including retail space that will feature 101 condo units, including one, two, and three-bedroom homes. Many of the homes will also have dens. Prices for the units, which range in size from 640 to 2,800 square feet, start at $349,000 and go to $1.3 million.

All of the homes will include features such as hardwood floors, granite countertops, European cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and stone bathroom floors that are usually considered upgrades.

The seven-floor luxury facility will also feature 40,000 square feet of ground level retail space, which will include a New York Sports Club.

The Siena, which is being built by Pinnacle Downtown, a division of Chatham-based Pinnacle Companies and Kohl Partners, is located on the site of the former Hahnes department store at South Park and Church Streets. The steel framework is now going up. The site had stood vacant for more than 10 years until it was acquired by Pinnacle.

Completion is scheduled for early summer of 2007.

The luxury appeal of the homes, as well as their location in the heart of Montclair’s trendy downtown business district, with its easy access via public transportation into Manhattan, have made The Siena one of the state’s most exciting new condominium developments. Sales are strong, with one-third of the homes already sold, Boorman said.

Montclair, with a population of about 39,000, is located only 12 miles west of Manhattan at the foot of First Watchung Mountain.
