MONTCLAIR, NJ, JANUARY 30, 2006 — The Siena at Montclair, the new luxury condominium and mixed-use complex being developed by Pinnacle Downtown, a subsidiary of Pinnacle Ltd, and Kohl Partners, has opened its state-of-the-art sales office at The Georgian Inn, Unit M-2 at 37 North Mountain Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey.  Open from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, and 11am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday, in-office inquiries are by appointment only.   The sales office makes it easy to visualize the homes through virtual technology and lifestyle video presentations.  Customers can also view the luxurious kitchens and bathrooms, which are a part of the sales office displays.  

The Siena sales office will provide samples of kitchen and bathroom granite top selections, cabinets for kitchen and bathroom, wood floor and carpet selections, plumbing fixture samples, kitchen vignettes and much more.  Sales professionals will be on hand to guide homebuyers through a virtual tour of the community as well as individual units.
