THE SIENA AT MONTCLAIR RETAILERS AND RESIDENTS WILL BEGIN MOVING BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR

MONTCLAIR, NJ, November 5, 2007 — Pinnacle Downtown, a division of Chatham–based The Pinnacle Companies and Kohl Partners, have announced move–in dates for several retailers at The Siena at Montclair. The first retailer to open on The Siena’s ground floor will be Starbucks® on November 30, followed by New York Sports Club on December 15, The Dry Cleaning Station on December 31, and Woodhouse Day Spa on January 31.
