MONTCLAIR, NJ, July 18, 2006 — Construction is progressing rapidly for Pinnacle’s new luxury condominium development, The Siena.

The Siena, fast becoming a reality, will soon be a gem in the heart of Montclair. The steel framework for the seven-story building is now in place, with completion of the condominium scheduled for late spring of 2007.

Located on the site of the former Hahnes department store at South Park and Church Streets, The Siena is being built by Pinnacle Downtown, a division of Chatham-based Pinnacle Companies, and Kohl Partners. The site had stood vacant for 10 years until it was acquired by Pinnacle.

The Siena will have 101 condo units, including one, two, and three-bedroom homes. Many of the homes also have dens. Prices for the units, which range in size from 640 to 2,800 square feet, start at $349,000 and go to $1.3 million.

All of the homes include features such as hardwood floors, granite countertops, European cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and stone bathroom floors that are usually considered upgrades.

The building will also feature ground-level retail space, including a New York Sports Club, and 40,000 square feet of boutique retail space.

The Siena sales office is located at the Georgian Inn, Unit M-2 at 37 North Mountain Ave. in Montclair. The sales office showcases the beautiful bathrooms and kitchens and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
