MONTCLAIR, NJ, May 22, 2007 — Pinnacle Downtown has announced that 50 percent of the homes in The Siena at Montclair have been sold, with occupancy expected for late fall 2007. The final exterior panels have been hoisted into place and work on the distinctive interiors is nearing completion.
